1. Our approach

We want the website to be clear on a phone and a computer: readable text, a visible keyboard focus, labelled fields, and a straightforward path to booking and contact.

2. What you can use

The public website includes:

• Croatian and English in the header
• a skip link from the navigation to the main content
• headings in a logical order
• keyboard access to navigation, frequent questions and buttons
• phone and WhatsApp if the form is awkward to use

3. Booking form

The price calculator is loaded from our booking system. If it is difficult to use with a keyboard or a screen reader, call us or write on WhatsApp and we will take the booking with you.

4. Feedback

If you meet a barrier, contact us on +385 98 686 169 or WhatsApp. We will look into it and reply. A written complaint is handled within 15 days, as set out in the terms of use.

5. This statement

This statement applies to the public website zagrebairport.taxi. We will update it if the website changes in a material way. We have not carried out a formal conformance audit, so this statement does not claim a particular WCAG level.
